2: Introduction
The Aluminium Power Cable is a power and control cable designed for fixed installation. It can be safely deployed in most applications where mechanical stresses are not anticipated – indoors, outdoors, direct burial underground, in concrete, or submerged in water. It is not suitable for installation in concrete which is shaken, vibrated or compressed.
Available in sizes up to 27 core, the Aluminium cable is available with an RE Class 1 solid copper conductor or an RM Class 2 stranded copper conductor.
The cable is sheathed in Flame Retardant Polyvinyl Chloride (FR-PVC), has a voltage rating (U0/U) of 600/1000V and an operating temperature range of -15oC to +70oC when fixed and -5oc to +50oC when flexed.
Aluminium Power Cable for static application in ground, within and outside facilities, outdoor, in cable canals, in water, in conditions where cables are not exposed to heavier mechanical stress and tensile strain. Due to its very low factor of dielectric loss, which remains constant over its entire operating lifetime, and owing to excellent insulation property of XLPE material, firmly longitudinally spliced with conductor screen and insulation screen of semi-conductive material (extruded in one process), the cable has a high operating reliability. Used in transformer stations, electric power plants and industrial plants.

Aluminum alloy conductor
The addition of copper, iron, magnesium, silicon, zinc, boron and other alloying elements to aluminum greatly improves the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy conductors and greatly improves the elongation, creep resistance and flexibility of aluminum conductors.
Insulating sheath
With extremely high temperature resistant material, it can be refractory and anti-breakdown.
Tensile padding

XLPE jackets
It can quickly dissipate heat, quickly disappear when the flame disappears, and has excellent flame retardant performance, with moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, anti-electric shock and waterproof.
