2: Further Introduction
This electric power cable is designed with fire-resistance, low-smoke, and halogen-free properties, ensuring optimal safety during use. The cable has a rated voltage of 0.6/1KV, 3.6/6KV, and 6.5/11KV, with a maximum working temperature of 90°C and a maximum temperature of 250°C during short circuits lasting ≤5S. The conductor is made of class 1 or 2 copper with sectional areas ranging from 25 to 630mm2. The insulation material used in the cable is XLPE, and the armor is made of steel wire or steel tape for three-core cables. In contrast, non-magnetic materials are used for single-core cables. The oversheath is PVC, and the minimum bending radius is 15 times the cable radius for single-core cables and 12 times for multi-core ones. Additionally, the max conductor DC resistance at 20°C complies with industry standards.
