HYA Communication Cable

1.introduction

HYA is copper conductor solid polyolefin insulation self-supporting moisture barrier polyethylene sheath local communication cable. The annealed pure copper wire insulated with high density polyethylene, each two different color insulated wires twisted into a pair. The cable core is composed of twisted wire pair. After an aluminum tape is longitudinally applied around the cable core to act as moisture barrier, this part of cable accompanied with the stranded wires as the supporting part are completed with a polyethylene (PE) sheath to be figure 8 structure. It is used for transmitting audio frequency signals, analog signal up to 150kHZ or digital signals up to 2048kbit/s and in certain condition can carry digital signals, which is higher than 2048kbit/s.

2.Conductor

Solid annealed bare copper conductor, copper diameter 0.40, 0.50, 0.60, 0.70, 0.80, 0.90mm

Insulation material: High Density polyethylene, color coded in accordance with international standard telephone industry code

Insulation wire pair: the single insulated wire twisted pair according to the different pitch and with specified color combinations to identify the line. To reduce the mutual interference of crosstalk between line pair, small power loss

Sheath material: Polyethylene PE sheath.

4.Application scenarios
Solid insulated unfilled cables are suitable for urban and rural telecommunications lines in local telecommunications networks, as well as for dedicated network lines connected to public networks.
