Usage characteristics
1. The maximum temperature of the conductor during normal use is 70 ℃, and the product is usually not suitable for use below 0 ℃. When the temperature is below 0 ℃, it can be resolved through negotiation between the buyer and the manufacturer, and design and manufacture can be carried out according to customer technical requirements and usage conditions.
2 The TVVB series cables are intended for use in elevators and elevators with a free hanging length of no more than 80m and a movement speed of no more than about 4m/s. When the cable usage exceeds the above limits, it can be resolved through negotiation between the buyer and the manufacturer to add load-bearing components (such as steel wire ropes). The elevator cable with additional load-bearing components is scheduled to be installed in elevators and elevators with a free suspension length greater than 80m and a movement speed not exceeding 10m/s.
3. Cable insulated cores are numbered and arranged in parallel. The cable structure is soft and easy to install. Similar specifications and sizes can be designed and improved according to customer needs.
4. The rated voltage of elevator cables is 300/500V for core wires with a nominal cross-sectional area of 1mm and below, and 450/750 V for core wires with a cross-sectional area of 1mm and above
